We have two drawing plan options available for homeowners - Illustration and Definition. Contact us to learn more about each. We can advise which is best for you and your property.
ILLUSTRATION plan.
Unique. Our Illustration plan lets you explore ideas for having a loft conversion without committing to full-scale architectural work. Fees are modular and, therefore, charged separately - planning, building regulations, structural calculations etc. This way, you only pay for what you use and when you need it. Start by ordering our TS CONCEPT option and then continue at your own pace.
DEFINITION

Our Definition plan is for homeowners who have already explored the idea of having a loft conversion and decided to proceed with the architectural work. After surveying your home and discussing your needs, we will move seamlessly from the conceptual design work to the Planning and Building Regulation stages. We help and guide you throughout the process in clear and easily understood steps.
Additional services
To compliment our range of services within the Illustration and Definition plans described above, we also offer two additional architectural options:
